Modo hot yoga is a unique series of yoga poses that is challenging yet accessible, therapeutic, relaxing and fun!
The Modo Yoga series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. This style of hot yoga, done in a specially heated room, allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat.
Classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility!
Modo Yoga Waterloo has been an enthusiastic member of the Waterloo Community since 2008. We are an amazing group of teachers, ambassadors and members who help bring the benefits of yoga to our community everyday.

Between 9am and 6:30pm, Modo Waterloo clients can park for FREE for 2 hours in our lot , however, we only have 8 spots along the right side of the lot (facing away from our the building).

City Of Waterloo lot – 2hr FREE parking in the purple/light blue lined spots (off William St on the other side of the train tracks)
2 hr Street Parking – Peppler St and Dupont St

Arrive early to get one of our 8 spots!

Take alternate transportation (walk, bus or bike )
Get dropped off for class
